- I absolutely love drinking coffee. I think it might be at the stage where I could call it a habit. For those of you out there who love good coffee (and refuse to drink Folgers) check out Door County and Cracker Barrel (that’s what I’m drinking right now). Anyone else have any good coffee suggestions?
- The more I hear and read about what people are saying about worship and what worship is, the more I see how gifted my wife is in actually being able to communicate the elements of worship to people. I think she truly “gets it” in regards to what worship is all about, how we should worship as a body of believers, as individuals in our everyday life, and how important worship truly is to Jesus. I learn a lot from her.
- Quote of the week that I can not get out of my head, “It’s not who you know, it’s who knows you”.
- I sat through a meeting the other day that was absolutely pointless. As I was sitting in that room, I wondered how much time we waste doing things that are pointless in life because we “have to”. The older I get, the more I realize how important it is to use your time well. Questions I’m asking, “What am I doing that is pointless right now? What can I do to use my time better? Who can I connect with that would help me to use my time better?” Proverbs 12:24 keeps coming up in my head, “The hand of the diligent will rule, while the slothful will be put to forced labor.“

Consumer Reports gave the best report to 8 o’clock Coffee. It’s what my dad drinks and it is quite good coffee. We also buy Rwanda coffee from Land of a Thousand Hills http://www.drinkcoffeedogood.com The have a fair trade ministry supporting Rwandan widows of the civil war that has ravaged the land there. It’s very cool, and awesome coffee!
