- Our softball team is flat out awful. If you can play the infield, outfield, or catch a softball, I’ll let you play. Every week if you want. The trade deadlines not over yet, right?
- My car (1969 Lincoln, looks something like this) is not going to make it to Saint Louis today. There was an issue with the carbs and some other engine stuff so it’s in the shop getting work. Honestly, I’m bummed out but if it saves me money in the long run, I’ll wait.
- My folks are coming down for the day. It should be a good time to see them. They crack me up. Check this out. The bought “each other” a 49cc scooter and ride on it together. I have no idea what it looks like but I can imagine. Just another reason I hope I’m like them when I get older.
- I have been working through the Everyone Loves Raymond Season Three DVD’s I got for my birthday from some friends of mine. It’s amazing that this show is good, clean, funny stuff.
- Three more papers to go and a thesis. I’ve knocked out two papers in two weeks. Please pray that the momentum keeps going.
- Some sweet stuff coming up: Short missions trip with the youth, a party with some old friends, and a celebration of two years being married to a wonderful woman.
