- Last GeNESIS for the season was Sunday night. We will start up again August 3rd. I thought July was going to be pretty relaxed. Good to know that’s not happening (sarcasm?). I was thinking the last time our leadership team got a break. Those people who have been with us from the start haven’t taken time off in over two years.
- Birthday was pretty good. Got in a great motorcycle ride in with a great friend of mine, played softball, and enjoyed an awesome dinner and night with my wife.
- My phone didn’t work all day on the Sunday or Monday. It kicked back into gear on Monday night. I had 18 text messages and 8 voice mails. I am really sorry if you called or sent a text and I didn’t respond.
- School work is coming along. I knocked out a paper yesterday and sent it off for proofreading. I got a good jump on the next one as well. Three more papers after that and a long thesis and I’ll be done. That could take awhile.
- Viewed the movie 21 the other night. It was better than I thought it was going to be.
- Things coming up that I’m excited about; My folks are coming out next weekend with my awesome birthday gift, Chilling with my buddy Aaron, Zach, and Derek (who I haven’t seen forever) on the 18th, and Bethany’s folks coming out on the 27th. Should be a fun July.
- Got new tires for my bike. It’s like a whole new ride. Now I need to get the ape hangers on and I’ll be one happy little boy.
